Position Summary
Seeking a committed, collaborative, and passionate faculty member to join our growing Pre-1 through 5th-grade Elementary School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. New members join a staff where mentorship, professional development, and faculty support are at the center of teacher culture. Faculty Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and implementing project-based, multidisciplinary instructional units aligned across all academic domains
- Incorporating SEL curriculum and practice within the academic program
- Developing dynamic, engaging learning opportunities that interconnect school subjects, including English, Judaics, Math, Science, Technology, and History
- Collaborating with grade-level colleagues to plan, integrate, and enhance instruction in all curricular areas
- Collaborating regularly with Pre-1 and Grade 2 teachers to ensure alignment of curricular goals and skills
- Attending all professional development days arranged/calendared by the school
- Seeking out additional educational growth opportunities outside of the school
- Attending and actively participating in all Orientation days
- Participating in special school events including, but not limited to, Open House, Back to School Night, grade level trips, and special student performances. Attendance at all other community/school events is encouraged
- Being visibly and actively present and on time for all other assigned duties on campus
Professional Requirements include:
- A four-year degree from a college or university
- A Valid teaching credential, Masters Degree and/or previous elementary school teaching experience
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 4:30pm and Fridays 7:45am - 2pm

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 plus benefits
